Ben Gordon registered 22 points and seven assists off the bench, while Will Bynum added 17 points for the Pistons, who will also visit Charlotte on their short road trip and are 8-30 away from home this season. "We were able to make some good defensive plays, and that's what helped us win the game," Gordon said. Austin Daye provided 13 points and 10 boards in the win. On the injury front for the Pistons, guards Richard Hamilton (ankle) and Rodney Stuckey (ribs), forward Tayshaun Prince (personal) and center Jason Maxiell (back) are all listed as questionable for Friday. Miami has won the first two meetings with Detroit this season and hasn't swept a series in this matchup since the 2000-01 season (4-0). The Heat are unbeaten in the last five encounters with the Pistons. These two teams have split the last 18 meetings at Miami.
