EIU also announced it has added transfer running back Jake Walker from the University of Toledo. He is a redshirt sophomore who was listed as the No. 3 running back on the Rockets' depth chart prior to making the transfer. Walker will be eligible to compete for Panthers in the Sept. 4 game against Iowa.
